Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform actual operations and manage machining production lines (including production preparation, progress management, quality control, 4M management, etc.) - Develop and implement countermeasures and preventive measures for defective products - Manage, guide, and train workers - Create operational procedures and documentation for the assigned department - Manage machining equipment and measuring instruments - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Ability to read NC machine tool processing programs and decode processing methods and origin positions - Proficient computer skills, particularly Excel - Experience using NC machine tools and setup change experience - Experience using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers - Ability to independently identify, set up, and solve problems - Must be resident of Vinh Phuc or able to commute by motorcycle (company does not provide parking for car commuters) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working in stainless steel product manufacturing plant with mechanical processing - 2D CAD experience (able to create jig drawings and assembly diagrams) - CNC bar lathe setup experience - Ability to create NC machining programs by reading processing drawings - Coordinate measuring machine experience - Ability to inspect machine tools (spindle runout, backlash, play) and detect abnormalities - Understanding of geometric tolerances in processing drawings - Experience with new machine setup and commissioning
