Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop production plans based on sales orders and factory capacity. - Coordinate human resources, machinery, and raw materials to support production. - Monitor daily production progress. - Control productivity, quality, and production costs. - Manage the team of production managers and workers/operators. - Implement improvement programs such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen. - Ensure occupational safety and compliance with company regulations. - Report production results periodically to the Board of Directors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Age: Under 45 - Gender: Any - Language: English - Business Level - Education: Graduated from university with a relevant major. - Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production management in the Apparel / Garment field. - Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Able to work under high pressure.
