Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and execute Go-To-Market activities for assigned genres to generate leads and increase sales closure rate. - Manage tier 1 partner (Distributor) and channel partners on marketing activities and PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) forecast. - Plan and communicate LFP sales and marketing programs; identify end users by segment within assigned responsibility scope. - Conduct market research on competitor performance, activities, and pricing. - Forecast and prepare ISM file for RHQ (Regional Headquarters) on a monthly basis. - Communicate and plan with RHQ Product Manager regarding products and pricing matters. - Implement sales and promotion activities to meet the assigned LFP product sales target. - Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining contact with existing and potential customers. - Identify and develop LFP solution partners to bring more value-added solutions to customers. - Work closely with RHQ LFP Business Unit to achieve target solution and market penetration objectives. - Forecast sales and inventory with the RHQ Business Unit. - Execute strong, clear communication across departments/ divisions within the company and RHQ, as well as related distributors and channel partners. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, and regional/ HQ teams to develop strategies and achieve objectives. - Support channel sales activities to increase sales closures and market share. - Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Vertical Business Manager. - Prioritize tasks within the LFP team and practice multitasking and time management effectively.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Diploma or Degree (Preferably in Marketing). - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience with at least 1 year in the Large Format Printers industry + Understand the dynamics of the entire industry and have in-depth knowledge of the printing industry. + Strong understanding of Large Format Printer (LFP) products, applications, and market dynamics. + Good analytical skills with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and business planning. + Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders, channel partners, and customers. + Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, and regional/ HQ teams. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Signage or industrial printing experience is an advantage. - Experience with CRM or reporting tools is an advantage.
