Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers; develop and expand qualified sources of supply. - Issue purchase orders (POs) and track delivery status. - Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers. - Negotiate price, terms and conditions, required quality levels, and on-time delivery schedules. - Generate and implement cost reduction ideas and actions. - Resolve issues and troubles that arise during operations. - Prepare payment documents. - Analyze supply chain data for optimization opportunities. - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality) on specifications and requirements. - Manage supplier contracts and performance evaluation metrics.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company. - Can read and understand technical drawings. - Negotiation skills, data analysis skills, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, passionate, and determined to achieve goals. - Ready for domestic or overseas business trips. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - University graduate from specific institutions: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Commerce, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). - Familiarity with production systems such as ERP, SAP, or IFS is preferred.
