Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Operate manual milling machines and center drills for metalworking
- Check technical drawings and confirm that finished products meet required specifications
- Report and handle problems with machines during operation
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc production reports
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education Background: Vocational school, college, or university graduate, major in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related field
- Experience:
+ 1-2 years of experience in metalworking or machining, including manual milling machine and center drilling operations
+ Basic ability to read technical drawings and process products accordingly
- Skill:
+ Basic problem-solving skills for machine-related issues
+ Communication and teamwork skills
+ Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working in a metalworking or machining factory
- More than 2 years of experience operating manual milling machines or center drills
- Ability to accurately read machining drawings
- Japanese or English language ability
