Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. MEP Design & Construction Management:
▪ Manage both MEP design and construction activities.
▪ Monitor and control Construction progress, Construction quality, HSE, and environmental compliance.
▪ Review and evaluate Construction methodologies, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and other technical submissions.
▪ Identify, manage, and resolve technical, contractual, and other issues arising during construction.
▪ Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.

2. MEP Quality, Testing & Commissioning
▪ Monitor material approval, inspection acceptance, testing, commissioning, and quality documentation processes.
▪ Coordinate and facilitate Regular quality inspections.
▪ Review inspection and test plans, testing procedures, commissioning plans, and testing records.
▪ Provide ideas and proposals to the joint-venture partner in order to enhance quality, optimize schedule and cost, etc. 
▪ Conduct site checks, report defects, and provide recommendations to enhance the usage and quality.
▪ Ensure the completed works comply with approved designs, technical specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.

3. Others
▪ Assist the Senior Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, or any tasks on request.
▪ Manage the company's technical standards, applying to projects.
▪ Conduct regulation and standard research and data gathering for internal purposes.
▪ Handle routine administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, document translation etc.
▪ Support MEP and construction DD when participating in a project (MEP, construction costs, technical risks, and development regulations etc.)
▪ Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with the joint-venture partner’s engineering team; understand their intention and expectations
▪ Other relevant tasks on request.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal Engineering,... (Electrical Engineering background is preferred)
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 10 years' experience in the MEP Design and Construction field, with 5 years of experience in leader/ assistant manager level. 
- Broad knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, ELV, and related building systems
- Strong capability to oversee multidisciplinary MEP scope from design through construction
- Requires not only technical expertise but also management skills and the ability to lead projects as the Person in Charge (PIC)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in Mid-end and High-end Residential / Mixed-use / Urban development projects
- Knowledge and experience in MEP Design and overall MEP coordination
- Electrical Engineering background
