Job Description
<Job responsibilities> ・Planning and organizing production activities, developing overall and detailed plans for the printing and packaging workshop. ・Implementing and monitoring production plans: allocating personnel, machinery, and equipment efficiently; controlling the progress and quality of each stage. ・Managing personnel: training, evaluating work performance, and establishing a reasonable staffing plan. ・Controlling production efficiency, material consumption, analyzing the causes of waste, and proposing improvements. ・Organizing and implementing 5S, Kaizen, ISO, etc., to improve productivity and quality. ・Preparing periodic reports and performing other tasks as directed by directors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: College degree with a major in Printing Technology, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related engineering field ・Gender: Any ・Age: 28 - 45 years old ・Foreign Language: Not required ・Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in the printing or packaging industry, including at least 2 years in a manager position (Deputy Manager is acceptable) - Knowledge about offset printing processes, post-printing, and quality management of paper packaging products - Skills in leadership, personnel management, planning, and production data analysis <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in management, manufacturing management, and production technology
