Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform daily maintenance and repair of industrial laundry machines and factory equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and reduce equipment downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance based on maintenance schedules
- Support maintenance of utility systems such as boilers, steam systems, water treatment systems, and compressed air systems
- Check equipment conditions and report problems to the Maintenance Manager
- Support and guide maintenance technicians in daily work
- Follow up on spare parts and maintenance records
- Support root cause analysis and improvement activities for equipment problems
- Other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting
- Hard-working, patient, and responsible
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience with industrial laundry equipment
- Experience operating or maintaining boiler / steam systems
- Experience in factory utility equipment maintenance
- Basic PLC / HMI knowledge
- Experience as a Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor
- Experience guiding or supporting maintenance technicians
