Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and manage engineering activities for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support projects - Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers in Vietnam and the Korean headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution - Manage relationships with key customers, providing technical consultation and after-sales support - Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful equipment installation and delivery - Lead, coach, and develop the local engineering team while establishing efficient service processes and quality standards - Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within schedule and budget - Provide technical support during the sales process, including customer visits, technical presentations, solution proposals, and feasibility discussions - Support the sales team by identifying customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions (Sales Engineering) - Monitor equipment performance, analyze technical issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions - Report project progress, customer feedback, and technical issues to headquarters while ensuring alignment with company standards - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements - Continuously improve engineering operations and customer service quality through process optimization and technical knowledge sharing
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Languages: Korean speaking at Native Level and English (or Japanese) at Intermediate Level - Working Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or field engineer (whether an electrical or mechanical engineer) - Others: Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines <Personality> - Person who can work independently and is willing to ask for support - Person who is patient, flexible, and works with hospitality - Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies <Preferable Experience> - Has Leader experience - Experience working in the semiconductor industry, printed circuit board, and packaging substrate industry - Able to speak Japanese to communicate with Japanese HQ and PIC of clients
