Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide on-site interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese staff, ensuring accurate communication of work instructions and requests. - Monitor on-site operations, identify issues, and report updates and concerns to the Japanese side. - Coordinate closely with the back-office interpreter. - Supervise the warehouse team and train and develop approximately 10 direct reports. - Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and the handling of inbound and outbound goods. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in refrigerated and frozen storage facilities. - Coordinate with other departments to meet logistics requirements. - Use warehouse management systems and computer software for data management and report preparation. ＜業務内容＞ - 日本人スタッフとベトナム人スタッフ間の現場通訳、および業務指示・要望の伝達 - 現場の状況や課題の把握、日本側への報告・共有 - バックオフィス側の通訳担当者との連携 - 倉庫管理チームの管理・監督、および直属の部下約10名の指導・育成 - 在庫管理や貨物の入出庫・取り扱いを含む、倉庫の日常業務の管理 - 冷蔵・冷凍倉庫における安全・衛生基準の遵守徹底 - 物流ニーズに応じた他部門との連携・調整 - 倉庫管理システムを使用したデータ管理やレポート作成
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Education: College or higher - Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency (no specific certification required) - Experience: + At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience + Experience providing guidance and support to junior colleagues (regardless of position) - Skills: + Comfortable using basic computer software + Comfortable working in a cold environment, as the position is based in a refrigerated warehouse <Preferred Qualifications> - Management experience as a team leader or manager - Experience working in a refrigerated warehouse ＜必須スキル・経験＞ - 学歴：専門学校以上 - 語学：日本語 ビジネスレベル以上（資格指定無） - 経験： + 3年以上の倉庫業務経験 + 部下の指導やサポートの経験がある。（ポジションは問わない） - スキル + 基本的なPCソフトを問題なく使用できる方 + 冷蔵倉庫なので寒い所に抵抗がないこと ＜優遇＞ リーダーやマネージャーとしてマネジメント経験がある 冷蔵倉庫での勤務経験があること
