<Job Responsibilities> We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Tester to join our Japanese projects. • Analyze Users' requirements for validity and feasibility. • Create & maintain test case. • Execute test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements. • Cooperate with the development team to execute all levels of testing to ensure the quality of the whole system. • Identify, analyze, and report the test progress, test results, and defects to the Project Manager. • Utilize the lesson and best practices to efficiently propose product quality improvements and minimize the impact of incidents in future projects.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent. - Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or higher) and English - Conversational Level - Experience: • At least 3 years of experience in a QC/Tester role. • Experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Redmine, and Backlog. • Good experience in Web application testing, desktop, and mobile browsers. - Skills: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and access new. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously quickly. • Good knowledge about all phases of the testing cycle, including functional, non-functional testing, and API testing (optional) • Good analytical, report writing, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Cypress testing automation is a big plus. - Intermediate English communication (plus point).
