<Job Responsibilities> - Manufacturing Process Management and Improvement - Facility and Machinery Management - Maintenance, inspection, and improvement of production equipment and machine tools ⁻ Start-up support and trial operation for new equipment installations - Equipment troubleshooting - Technical Support and Internal Coordination ⁻ Manufacturing support for new products and prototypes ＊＊When introducing new equipment, you may receive training in operation and assembly abroad.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree (National University graduation qualification) ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30s (under 40y) ・Language: Business - More than N2 level in Japanese ・Having work experience in a Technical Engineer position at the Manager or Assistant Manager level Others: ・Having skills in managing and leading members ・Understanding of ceramics and machining technology ・Experience in process management and improvement activities ・Experience in equipment installation ・Good understanding of Japanese company culture ・Internal coordination and communication skills ・Problem-solving mindset ・Future management ambition <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in manufacturing line improvements is a plus
