Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop soles for footwear requested by the Japan head office
- Check sole and mold shapes, specifications, and production conditions
- Support development stages, sample trials, and the move to mass production
- Find technical risks and solve problems for stable mass production
- Follow up on technical work and schedules with sole factories, mold suppliers, and partner factories
- Share information and coordinate with the Japan head office and other teams
- Prepare technical reports, check documents, and presentation materials
- Support sole quality improvement and actions to prevent the same problem from happening again
＜業務内容＞
- 日本本社から依頼されるの靴底（ソール）の開発
- ソールや金型の形状、仕様、生産条件の確認
- 開発段階における各種サポート、試作評価および量産移行の支援
- 安定した量産体制の実現に向けた技術的リスクの特定および問題解決
- ソール工場、金型サプライヤー、協力工場との技術的な業務およびスケジュールの進捗管理
- 日本本社や他部門との情報共有および調整
- 技術レポート、確認書類、プレゼンテーション資料の作成
- ソールの品質改善および同様の問題の再発防止に向けた取り組みの支援
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language:
- Japanese - Conversational Level. Able to communicate in Japanese for work. AND
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Experience: At least two years of work experience in a Japanese company or a workplace using Japanese
- Others:
- Able to communicate clearly with factories, suppliers, and other teams
- Able to check the cause of a problem and work with others to solve it
- Able to check details carefully and prepare clear technical records and reports
- Able to work as part of a team, follow technical guidance, and learn new skills
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to travel within Vietnam to visit factories and suppliers and follow up development work
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in footwear, soles, molds, rubber, EVA, PU, or production engineering is preferred
- Experience in product development, production engineering, quality control, or mass production support is preferred
- JLPT N3 or a similar level is preferred
- Experience checking technical drawings with CAD or a similar tool is preferred

- 日本語：日常会話レベル。業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
- 英語：基本的な読み書きおよびコミュニケーションが可能な方
- 経験： 日系企業、または日本語を使用する職場での実務経験2年以上
- その他：
- 工場、サプライヤー、他部門と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
- 問題の原因を確認し、関係者と協力して解決に取り組める方
- 細部まで注意深く確認し、技術記録やレポートを分かりやすく作成できる方
- チームの一員として技術的な指導を受けながら、新しいスキルを習得できる方
- Microsoft Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPointを使用できる方
- 開発業務の進捗確認やフォローアップのため、ベトナム国内の工場・サプライヤーへの出張が可能な方
＜歓迎スキル・経験＞
- 靴、ソール、金型、ゴム、EVA、PU、または生産技術に関する経験
- 製品開発、生産技術、品質管理、または量産立ち上げ支援の経験
- JLPT N3、または同等レベルの日本語力
- CADなどのツールを使用した技術図面の確認経験
