Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for site supervision duties in architectural and interior construction projects. During your time in Vietnam, you will learn about the company's business and operational methods through on-the-job training (OJT). This position is based on the premise of working in Vietnam for one year and then working in Japan. Concurrently, you will aim to achieve N3 Japanese proficiency before your assignment in Japan. - Schedule management, quality control, and safety management at interior construction sites - Issuing instructions to subcontractors and workers, confirming progress - Verifying and adjusting construction details based on drawings - Overseeing and managing the entire construction process, including equipment installation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: From vocational school and above ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-32 years old ・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (If unable to speak Japanese, English conversational level is required) ・Experience: Experience as a construction site supervisor (either site management or construction) ・Other: Must be available for Japan assignment within one year <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・JLPT N3 or equivalent <Preferable Personality> ・Someone who communicates carefully on-site ・Someone who can act proactively based on the situation, not just wait for instructions ・Someone eager to learn Japanese and Japanese work practices ・Individuals seeking long-term career development <Ideal candidate> ・Those wanting to leverage interior construction experience for overseas projects ・Those considering future employment in Japan and seeking step-by-step preparation ・Those seeking steady growth in site management skills
