Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage construction work for commercial air conditioning systems. - Handle on-site management for installation, replacement, and renovation of air conditioning systems in offices, factories, and commercial buildings. - Control schedule, quality, safety, and cost of projects. - Check drawings (CAD) and give instructions to subcontractors. - Attend meetings with general contractors and clients to confirm specifications and discuss work methods. - Prepare progress reports and manage the project until handover. - Business trips to other locations (e.g., Hanoi) may be required about once a month.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree ・Language: - Japanese level: Intermediate (mainly for internal use) ・Experience: -3–5 years of construction site management experience at a general contractor or subcontractor(Experience in sales, site management, or technical roles is acceptable) ・Skills & Personality - Basic knowledge of CAD, or willingness to learn (Software: CAD Rebro) - Strong interest in air conditioning systems and willingness to learn design in the future - Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and related parties <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) ・Experience - Experience in a construction company, equipment company, or trading firm handling air conditioning systems - 3+ years of experience in HVAC or construction/equipment-related industry - Experience in handling corporate clients - Experience in site management or technical support - Experience in factory projects is a plus - Interest in learning air conditioning design in the future
