Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Formulate and adjust the annual overall production plan
- Manage weekly production quotas and capacity balancing
- Detail the finalized plan according to each product code
- Coordinate and connect Sales and Production departments
- Control progress and update rolling monthly plans
- Report performance analysis and process improvement (KPI)
- Manage finished goods inventory and adjust production schedules
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Graduated from College or higher
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate level (From N2) *The job frequently involves interacting with Japanese speakers
・Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in production control in the manufacturing industry.
- Have management experience for workers.
・Others:
- Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ideal Candidate: A person with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Preference given to candidates currently living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh districts
- Candidates living in Bien Hoa (over 20km from the company) can use the predefined shuttle bus route
