Job Description
1. Creating Requirements Specification Documents - Gather requirements from customers through various communication channels (email, meetings, chat, etc.) - Classify customer requirements - Analyze and clarify requirements - Confirm requirements - Create a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document - Manage changes 2. Creating Design Documents - Understand the specification document - Analyze each function in detail to determine how the system will handle the requirements - Design screens - Design business logic, tables, etc. - Design the database (optional) 3. Project Management (optional) - Control the progress and quality of work of project members - Manage project personnel: Working hours, leave, health, psychology, opinions, aspirations, etc. - Establish and manage project Q&A - Manage issues Resource, Spec, Change Spec - Handling any arising issues (if any) regarding project quality and progress 4. New Technology Training - Research and training on technologies applied in the project (not mandatory) - Self-study and personal development - Participation in training courses according to the Department's and Company's training plan 5. Reporting - Reporting on the project's work status: quality, progress, arising issues, obstacles, etc., to the Department Head/client - Preparing reports for the project manager 6. Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
Job Requirement
<Required experience/skills> ・ Education: University graduate ・Age: 28 - 45 ・Languages: Japanese Business Level (N2 Level) & English Conversational Level ・Experience: - At least 5+ years of BrSE experience ‐ Experience in project management and upstream processes (requirements definition, specifications, etc.) ・Otherː - Understanding of the client's business field and needs - Proficiency in other supporting software: Redmine, Jira - Proficiency in MS Office - Experience and ability in analysis/design with Japanese clients ・Skills: - Experience and skills in defining requirements - Communication skills with clients - Visualization skills using UML or similar tools - Experience in identifying non-functional requirements - Communication skills - Research and information retrieval skills on the internet
