Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Maintain relationships with existing clients. Develop new clients. ・Follow up with client requirements, including quotations, delivery, cost, and inventory. ・Follow up with the clients' production plan and production progress. Follow up with the suppliers' production and delivery plan. ・In charge of sales activities to achieve the expected sales budget. ・Create sales strategy considering the client's production forecast and market situation. ・Be contact person between the clients, internal QA team, and suppliers. Gather the information and contact with related parties. ・Research and approach the targeted clients. ・Search for new manufacturers based on the client's requirements. Propose quotation and negotiate the cost with these manufacturers. ・Respond to proposals and negotiations such as sample proposals and quotations according to the clients' requests. <業務内容> ・既存顧客との関係維持および新規顧客の開拓 ・見積もり、納期、コスト、在庫など顧客の要望に対するフォローアップ ・顧客の生産計画および進捗管理、並びにサプライヤーの生産・納期計画のフォローアップ ・販売活動を担当し、目標売上の達成を目指す ・顧客の生産予測や市場状況を考慮した販売戦略の立案 ・顧客、社内の品質管理チーム、サプライヤー間の連絡窓口として情報収集および関係各所との調整 ・ターゲット顧客の調査およびアプローチ ・顧客の要望に基づく新規製造メーカーの探索、見積もり提案およびコスト交渉 ・サンプル提案や見積もりなど、顧客からの要望に応じた提案および交渉対応
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Male prefer ・Age: 25~33 years old ・Language: Japanese - equivalent to N2 (Internal use) ・Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales positions in parts manufacturing company or trading company ・Able to read and understand drawings <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Knowing machining, stamping, plastic injection molding, and aluminum casting. ・Major in Preferably Mechanics, Automation, Electricity, Materials Engineering. <Preferred personality> ・Can support assessing clients' needs and requirements. ・Excelent proposal and negotiation skills. ・Can work independently ・Good understanding of the technical products and information. ・Good customer service skills ・Good communication and presentation skills. ・Can go on business trips
