<Job Responsibilities> - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Conduct technical discussions with clients (understanding part usage and specifications) - Prepare quotations and proposals - Coordinate with the production team for delivery schedules and quality control - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Report and collaborate with the manager - Handle other tasks assigned by the manager ＜職務内容＞ ・顧客との強固な関係構築および維持業務。 ・顧客との技術的な打ち合わせ（部品の使用状況や仕様の理解）。 ・見積書および提案書の作成。 ・納期調整および品質管理のため生産チームとの連携。 ・市場調査および競合分析の実施。 ・マネージャーへの報告および連携。 ・マネージャーから指示されたその他の業務。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: - Japanese equivalent to N2 ・Experience: - Sales experience in metal parts used in machinery - Hands-on experience operating CN lathes and machining centers - Understanding of the applications and manufacturing processes of metal parts <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having experience in manufacturing metal parts in Japan as a "Trainee" "Tokutei"
