Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Sales & Marketing of housing and building materials. - Maintain and follow up with existing customers in Hanoi and Da Nang. - Develop new customers mainly in the Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) area. - Responsible for the coordination and attendance of Japanese visitors. - To write and submit sales reports. - To assist and support the President. - Go on business trips (1-2 times per month, mainly to Hanoi, Da Nang area).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in a university - Japanese - Basic (Internal use) - At least 2 years of experience in sales. - At least 2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering-related industries - Understanding of Japanese working culture and business manners - Basic Japanese business mindset, such as reporting/communication/greeting manners - Stable job history <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Sales or marketing experience in either the construction, housing material, or real estate industry.
