Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage sales activities for B2B clients in Vietnam (e.g., food manufacturers, F&B companies)
- Propose products such as premix powders based on client needs through consultation and needs analysis
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Develop and execute strategies for new business development
- Manage, guide, and develop the sales team, including progress tracking
- Communicate internally with the head office in Japan (using Japanese)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Age: Around 40 years old
・Gender: Male 
・Foreign Language: Japanese - Business Level 
•	Japanese proficiency at the N2 level or above
•	Internal reporting will be conducted in Japanese.

・Experience:
•	Experience in B2B sales (preferably in the food manufacturing industry or related fields (Food Materials)
•	Experience managing a sales team (no restriction on team size or years of experience)
•	Strong ability to propose solutions/products based on client needs
•	Experience in planning and executing new business development strategies
•	Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience as a Sales Manager in the Premix business
・Having a good relationship with Food manufacturing companies
・Having Experience in Japanese companies
・Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
