<Job Responsibilities>
- Installation and maintenance of machine tools, including automatic lathes.
- Present and Sales of automation equipment, such as robotic automation systems and measuring instruments, to current and potential clients (mainly current clients).
- Understand sales strategy, methods, and target sales amount.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing accounts.
- Actively communicate and visit several customers and identify customer needs to provide technical consultations.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: Under 34
- Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Japanese Business Level and English Conversational Level.
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales engineering.
+ Experience in the Machine or Machine parts industry.
+ Experience of working or studying in Japan
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Candidates currently working with machine tools in a manufacturing environment
‐ Background closer to a field engineer role with good communication skills
- Experience working with automatic lathes or other machine tools, including basic maintenance
- Robotics experience is not required; prefer sales skills
