Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform tasks related to product design (FAN, Stepping Motor): improve and modify existing product designs or design new products to meet customer requirements on time. - Communicate with sales and customers to clearly define product requirements. - Review and evaluate product characteristics, gather relevant documents. - Calculate product costs. - Create corresponding drawings for prototype and mass production. - Create other relevant documents as requested by customers. - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics, Mechanical - Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (From JLPT N4) - Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Design technical field. - Computing Skills: MS Office Proficiency, AutoCAD or Solidworks - Skills: Communication, Teamwork - Personal: Hard-working, innovative, passionate - Others: Candidates have a long-term career goal
