Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Anticipate, prevent, and plan countermeasures for quality issues during product development stages
- Conduct quality confirmation for mass production items
- Provide inspection guidance at factories
- Check and provide improvement guidance for production environments at factories
- Investigate causes and implement countermeasures for quality defects
- Report and coordinate with headquarters (Tokyo) regarding the above tasks
- Business trips are required, including regular visits to factories in the Ho Chi Minh City vicinity and domestic travel within Vietnam (approximately weekly frequency).

６）上記内容についての本社（東京）への報告と連動
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Japanese - Business Level
- Experience:
- Quality control or production control experience in furniture
- Knowledge of QC terminology in Japanese
- Experience in mass production
- Be able to communicate well with all parties involved, including foreign nationals
- Have a strong will to carry out work and be a team player
- Able to respond flexibly and proactively to urgent, unforeseen, and inexperienced tasks
- Good understanding of the company's products and culture
- Willing to go on business trips
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in household goods or furniture production management is preferable
- Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
- Having high English skills is a big plus
