Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify and plan preventive measures for fabric/sewing quality issues during the product development stage. - Continuously confirm the quality of mass-produced products, from pre-production to completion, ensuring production meets appropriate quality standards. - Provide guidance on inspection methods at factories. - Confirm and monitor factory production environments, issuing improvement requests and tracking progress. - Investigate causes of quality defects, formulate countermeasures, and monitor improvement progress. - Report and coordinate with the headquarters production department (Tokyo) regarding the above matters. - Business trips are required, including regular visits to factories in the Ho Chi Minh City vicinity and domestic travel within Vietnam (approximately weekly frequency). ＜業務内容＞ １）商品開発段階での生地/縫製品質問題の予見予防策の立案 ２）量産商品の品質確認（生産前から生産終了まで適正な品質で生産されているか継続的な確認） ３）工場での検品手法の指導 ４）工場での生産環境確認/改善依頼と進捗確認 ５）品質不良発生時の原因調査と対策立案と改善の進捗確認 ６）上記内容についての本社生産部（東京）への報告と連動 出張あり ※定期的なホーチミン近郊の工場訪問 / ベトナム国内出張（毎週程度）
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: Japanese - Business Level - Experience: At least 3 years of quality control experience in the apparel industry. - Knowledge of QC terminology in Japanese. - Experience in mass production. - Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Power Point/Internet) <Personality> - Be able to communicate well with all parties involved, including foreign nationals. - Have a strong will to carry out work and be a team player. - Able to respond flexibly and proactively to urgent, unforeseen, and inexperienced tasks. - Good understanding of the company's product and culture. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in underwear or socks products QC is better. - Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred. - Having high English skills is a big plus. ＜必須条件＞ - アパレル製品の品質管理の実務経験3年以上 - 縫製品の品質管理としての能力に長けていること - 日本語がビジネスレベルであること <求める人物像> - 外国人を含む関係者と良好なコミュニケーションが図れること - 受け身でなく、自ら提案・推進できる自分の意思を持っていること - 業務遂行のための強い意志を持ち、チームプレーを軸としたリーダーシップが取れること - 急ぎや不測の事態、未経験な業務に対しても、臨機応変・柔軟・積極的に対応できること ＜優遇条件＞ - 日系企業での勤務経験ある方 - インナー、又は靴下製品のQC経験がある方 - 英語が社内コミュニケーションレベルで使える方
