<Job Responsibilities> - Obtaining and maintaining IATF 16949 certification (including continuous improvement) - Preparing for audits (documentation, applications, etc.), managing suppliers (site visits, quality and production volume checks), maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, reporting to superiors, and other assigned duties - Automotive interior materials (floor mats, floor carpets, seat upholstery, headliners, etc.), heating appliances, and deodorizing products
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-45 years old ・Language: English Conversational Level (proficient enough to respond during audits and manage related documentation) and Japanese Conversational Level (proficient for internal communication) ・Experience: Have 3+ years of practical experience in IATF 16949 management Have 5+ years of experience working at a manufacturer <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience managing the practical aspects of obtaining IATF 16949 certification for a non-certified company; ・Japanese proficiency from N2 ・Knowledge and experience with automotive interior materials ・Knowledge and experience with carpets and textile products.
