Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee quality management and improvement activities for both internal processes and external customer requirements. - Ensure the quality of products and raw materials. - Manage quality assurance (QA) activities for assembly component lines. - Manage quality-related documentation, including control plans, inspection standards, and quality records. - Work closely with relevant departments to ensure quality during mass production of specific products. - Communicate with customers and address complaints related to product quality issues. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. - Prepare various quality-related reports, including quality performance metrics and quality issues, and report them to the supervisor. - Support new product introduction (NPI) and qualification processes. - Participate in internal and external quality audits. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. ＜業務内容＞ ・社内および社外の両面から、品質管理・品質改善業務を統括する。 ・製品および原材料の品質を確保する。 ・組立部品ラインにおける品質保証（QA）業務を管理する。 ・管理計画書、検査基準書、品質記録などの品質関連文書を管理する。 ・特定製品の量産にあたり、関連部門と緊密に連携する。 ・製品の品質問題に関する顧客からのクレーム対応および協議を行う。 ・根本原因分析を実施し、是正処置・予防処置を立案・実行する。 ・受入検査、工程内検査、最終検査を実施する。 ・品質実績指標や品質上の問題に関する各種報告書を作成し、上司に報告する。 ・新製品の導入および認定・適格性確認プロセスを支援する。 ・社内外の品質監査に参加する。 ・その他、マネージャーから指示された業務を遂行する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: College degree - Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (proficiency N2 or above for internal use) - Experience: - At least 5 years of QA experience in the plastic-related industry - Experience supporting and guiding junior staff - Others - Ability to commute independently - Basic PC skills - Willingness to work for the company on a long-term basis <Preferable Skills / Experience> - Knowledge of plastic products and plastic molds - Experience as a team leader or in a higher-level position, with team management experience ＜必須スキル・経験＞ - 大学卒業以上 - 日本語中級レベル（社内での業務使用において日本語能力試験N2以上） - プラスチック関連業界でのQA経験5年以上 - 後輩の指導・サポート経験がある方 - 自力で通勤できる方 - 基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方 - 長期的に勤務できる方 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ - プラスチック製品およびプラスチック金型に関する知識 - リーダー以上の役職での経験、またはチームマネジメント経験
