Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and oversee overall shop-floor production activities. - Monitor progress and work performance in the assembly and packaging processes. - Manage production processes and adjust schedules according to production plans. - Identify issues in production processes, address problems as they arise, and implement improvement initiatives. - Promote activities to improve production efficiency and maintain stable production operations. - Handle ISO 13485-related activities, including the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, preparation and management of relevant documentation, and support for audits. - Prepare reports on production status and process management, and report to the Japanese headquarters. ＜業務内容＞ - 製造現場における生産業務全般の管理・監督 - 組立工程および梱包工程の進捗管理、作業状況の確認 - 生産計画に基づく工程管理および生産スケジュールの調整 - 生産工程における課題の把握、問題発生時の対応および改善活動の推進 - 生産効率の向上と安定した生産体制の維持に向けた取り組み - ISO 13485に関連する業務（品質マネジメントシステムの運用・維持管理、関連文書の作成・管理、監査対応など） - 生産状況や工程管理に関する各種報告書の作成および日本本社への報告業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree or above. - Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above). - Experience: - At least 3 years of practical experience in production process control. - Knowledge and practical experience in lean production methods, production process analysis, and process improvement. <Preferable Skills / Experience> - Knowledge of and practical experience with ISO 13485. ＜必須スキル・経験＞ - 学歴：大学卒業以上 - 語学：日本語ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上） - 経験： - 生産工程管理に関する実務経験3年以上 - リーン生産方式、生産工程分析、工程改善に関する知識および実務経験 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ - ISO 13485に関する知識および実務経験
