Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and support production machinery to ensure smooth and stable operations. - Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns/malfunctions on the production line. - Monitor and analyze production line efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvement actions to enhance productivity. - Manage the non-conforming product (NCP) handling process, including implementing containment actions and developing corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - A Bachelor's degree is required. - Intermediate proficiency in Japanese. - A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in production technology within a manufacturing factory. - Must have experience working in a foreign-invested company. - Practical knowledge of electrical products, for example: electronic components, sensing technologies, with applications serving industrial markets (e.g., medical, telecommunications, semiconductor). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Priority given to candidates with Japanese language skills. - Ability or willingness to work at both Thu Duc and Dong Nai locations.
