Job Description
<Job Objective/Expectation> Support the Director in production planning, managing daily production information, and coordinating with contractors and related departments to meet production schedules. <Job Description> - Prepare Work Sheets for repair work and check production information for completeness and accuracy - Create PDF files, upload them to Zumen, wait for approval, print and cut sheets by production number, then return them to Production - Receive information from Production on items being processed and identify processes requiring precision drilling, stress relieving, heating, or induction hardening - Contact contractors with size and weight information, obtain quotations, report for confirmation and issue POs, and follow up on delivery schedules to meet production deadlines - Update daily production information and immediately report defective or damaged products to Sales - Propose timely solutions, such as purchasing materials or contacting subcontractors for quotations and processing lead times - Prepare new Work Sheets for production - Prepare summary reports for morning meetings - Plan new orders based on delivery schedules from Sales and prepare Work Sheets for new products - Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and Management Board
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Vocational School, College, or Bachelor's Degree - Language: Japanese - Intermediate level or above - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in production management or production planning at a manufacturing factory - Skills: Teamwork; Good communication; Good explanation and presentation skills; Time management <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Candidates with experience in production management or production planning at a manufacturing factory are preferred
