Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Planning and Basic Design:
- Review plant specifications and piping design drawings through meetings with manufacturer representatives.
- Select piping sizes and materials, and plan optimal piping routes.
2. Detailed Design:
- Create fabrication and installation drawings using 2D or 3D CAD (e.g., Plant 3D).
- Prepare drawings for piping support structures.
3. Various Analyses and Evaluations:
- Performing fluid analysis to evaluate proper flow within piping.
- Conducting stress analysis to verify and evaluate piping strength and safety.
4. Quality and Delivery Responsibility
Compliance with Japanese design standards and adherence to a high-quality QA (Quality Assurance) system.	

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Vocational school or college graduate or higher
・Age & Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Business Level and English Business Level (can understand technical terminology and can communicate fluently)
・Experience: 
- Have 5+ years of practical experience in the plant field, adhering to Japanese design standards
- Basic skills to lead a team as a future leader candidate, not just general staff experience.
・Other Skills:  Advanced proficiency in specialized CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) relevant to the applied position
・Basic PC Skills: Document creation and reporting using Office tools

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience at a Japanese company, or direct communication/review experience with Japanese counterparts
・Practical experience in design and modeling using BIM (Revit, etc.)
・Experience using specific advanced analysis tools (e.g., calculation software) for plant design
・Experience in nurturing junior members or establishing QA (Quality Assurance) processes
