Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Overall task: Receive fabrics and materials from clients, manage the products during production, and ship them. - Sample & quotation stage: Receive samples and specifications from Korea and Japan, translate them, and hand them over to the factory production team, then manage them until the sample is completed and request the mass production unit price. - Production management: Communicate between the factory and the client to ensure that there are no problems from the start of sewing at the sewing factory to the shipment of the product. - Create document: When fabric and materials arrive, cooperate with the factory to create and check lists. - Other: Visit the factory about 1-4 times a month (car supported/visit the factory at the employee's own will if necessary). - Other documentation relating to the job - Support the company's non-textile business if possible.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Female only ・Age: Any ・Language: Japanese Busines Level (JLPT N2 or higher) ・Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience working as a QC or Merchandiser in the sewing industry. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English skills (reading and writing) <Preferred personality> ・Understanding the new company situation ・Can handle multiple types of products
