Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Facility Design & Modeling:
- Design electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems compliant with Japanese design standards (JIS, Building Standards Act, etc.).
- Create high-precision modeling and drawing using 2D CAD and BIM tools (Revit, Rebro, etc.).
2. Technical Review and Calculations:
- Perform engineering tasks including load calculations, illuminance calculations, and pipe/duct sizing.
- Verify and implement corrections based on redlines (revision instructions) from the Japanese team.
3. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Self-check before delivery and technical review of drawings created by junior operators.
- Maintaining the “Japanese quality” demanded by Japanese clients.
4. Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Vocational school or college graduate or higher (preferably majoring in architecture or engineering)
・Age & Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Business Level and English Business Level (can understand technical terminology and can communicate fluently)
・Experience: 
- Have 5+ years of design experience in M&E (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) in the construction industry adhering to Japanese design standards.
- Basic skills to lead a team as a future leader candidate, not just general staff experience.
・Other Skills: Software: Advanced proficiency in specialized CAD software relevant to the position (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revlo)
・Basic PC Skills: Document creation and reporting using Office tools

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates with 5+ years of experience and a desire for long-term career development and management are preferred
・Working experience at a Japanese company or direct communication/review experience with Japanese counterparts
・Practical experience in design/modeling using BIM (e.g., Revit) 
・Experience mentoring junior members or establishing QA (Quality Assurance) processes
