Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform and support the installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment. - Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out repairs and recovery actions. - Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing to ensure stable equipment operation. - Analyze equipment performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment efficiency. - Manage equipment and spare parts, including inventory monitoring, replacement, and renewal as necessary. - Perform and manage calibration and verification activities for equipment and instruments. - Prepare and submit reports and maintain records related to equipment repairs, maintenance, inspections, and improvement activities. - Support ISO-related activities within the Technical Department, including the preparation and maintenance of required documentation and assistance with audits. - Work closely with relevant departments to resolve technical issues related to equipment and improve the stability of manufacturing processes. ＜業務内容＞ - 製造設備の据え付けおよび試運転の実施・サポート - 工場内の製造設備に関するトラブルの原因特定、修理および復旧対応 - 設備の安定稼働を維持するための定期点検、予防保全およびメンテナンスの実施 - 設備の稼働率・生産性向上に向けた課題分析および改善活動の推進 - 設備および関連部品の管理、在庫確認、交換・更新対応 - 設備・機器の校正および検証業務の実施・管理 - 設備の修理、保全、点検および改善活動に関する記録・報告書の作成と提出 - 技術部門に関連するISO規格への対応、必要書類の作成・管理および監査対応のサポート - 関係部門と連携し、設備に関する技術的課題の解決および製造工程の安定化を推進する
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Education: Vocational school or above, preferably in mechatronics, automation, robotics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering. - Language: Conversational Japanese proficiency. - Experience: No prior work experience required; knowledge of machinery and equipment is necessary. - Other Requirements: - Basic PC skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Willingness to work both day and night shifts. <Preferable Skills / Experience> - Practical experience in the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment. - Experience in equipment qualification and operational verification. ＜必須スキル・経験＞ - 学歴：専門学校以上（メカトロニクス、オートメーション、ロボティクス、機械工学、または電気工学分野） - 言語：日常会話レベルの日本語能力 - 経験：必須経験は不要：機械設備に関しての知識が必要 - その他： - PowerPointおよびExcelなどのPC操作スキル - 昼勤・夜勤の両方に対応できる方 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ - 機械設備の製造・据え付け・試運転に関する実務経験 - 設備の適格性評価（Qualification）および稼働検証に関する経験
