Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate and coordinate between Japanese clients and the Vietnamese development team
- Understand and translate technical documents such as requirement definitions and design specifications (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
- Prepare business emails and project reports
- Interpret and share information during online/offline project meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
- Monitor project progress and issues to ensure smooth information flow between both sides
＜業務内容＞
- 日本人クライアントとベトナムの開発チーム間のコミュニケーションおよび調整業務
- 要件定義書や設計仕様書などの技術文書の内容を理解し、翻訳する（日⇔越）
- ビジネスメールやプロジェクト報告書の作成
- オンライン・オフラインでのプロジェクト会議における通訳および情報共有（日⇔越）
- プロジェクトの進捗状況や課題を把握・管理し、双方間の円滑な情報共有を促進する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an IT Communicator in the IT industry
・Development Skills / Knowledge:
- Knowledge or development experience in at least one of the following technologies is sufficient:
+ Programming Language: TypeScript
+ Library: React
+ Database: PostgreSQL
+ Cloud: AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
・Other:
- Strong interest in and willingness to learn new technologies, such as AWS, cloud technologies, AI, etc.
＜必須スキル・経験＞
- 学歴： 大学卒業以上
- 語学力： 日本語ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上）
- 実務経験：
- IT業界におけるITコミュニケーターとしての実務経験3年以上
- 開発スキル・知識：
- 以下の技術のうち、少なくとも1つについて知識または開発経験を有すること。
- プログラミング言語：TypeScript
- ライブラリ：React
- データベース：PostgreSQL
- クラウド：AWS、Azure、その他のクラウドプラットフォーム
- その他：
- AWS、クラウド技術、AIなどの新しい技術に対する強い関心と、積極的に学習・習得する意欲があること。
