Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Management from Product Inspection to Final inspection for shipment - Product inspection: clothing, packs, shoes, hats, gloves, etc. is carried out in the office. - Mass production sample inspection (measuring, checking, and inspection) - Acceptance inspection (final inspection): Before shipping to Japan, - Factory visit and sampling inspection. - Liaison with inspectors from the third-party external inspection contractor - Factory delivery schedule management and follow-up on communication between the Japanese side and the factory - Defective product report - Another task by the Manager or Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (N3 or higher) ・Experience: ⁻ Experience in Apparel sewing *Sewing experience in Japan is preferred ⁻ Having Experience or Good knowledge of inspecting apparel products ⁻ Able to provide explanations and guidance to team members ⁻ Can go to the factory (It's better not to get carsick） <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Can speak English is preferred ・Having work experience in a Japanese apparel company ・Good understanding of the Apparel business
