Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
* 1. Payroll, C&B
- Collect, maintain, and update employee records, contracts, and timekeeping systems to support salary review processes.
- Execute payroll operations and benefits administration, covering local staff and expatriates, including PIT, SHUI, bonuses, and allowances.
- Monitor monthly workforce costs and keep them within budget.
- Prepare and submit labor reports and other statutory documents as required.
- Work with vendors and tax authorities to manage PIT procedures.
- Handle social insurance matters (new registrations, terminations, updates, insurance claims).
- Control and execute C&B policy frameworks.
- Advise employees on labor law, collective bargaining agreements, compensation guidelines, and HR procedures.
* 2. Budget Planning and Recruitment
- Support recruitment processes: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Support in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through networking, job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
3. HR Systems and Data Management
- Ensure the accuracy of HR databases through regular checks and audits.
- Recommend improvements and pilot new system solutions to enhance functionality.
- Safeguard the accuracy and completeness of HR files, reports, and regulatory submissions.
4. Additional Duties: Take on other tasks and special projects as required.
