Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop fashion shoes ordered by the Japan Head Office and manage the development and sample schedules. - Check the quality, specifications, materials, and production process of shoes under development, and identify issues before mass production. - Discuss with related departments what the problems are, how to solve them, and what is needed for mass production. - Adjust specifications, materials, and production methods to solve problems and prepare the shoes for mass production. - Check the materials, equipment, and production processes needed for mass production, and coordinate preparation with related departments. - Communicate in Japanese with the Japan Head Office, Vietnam factories, and development/production teams to move projects forward. - Share sample progress, issues, and specification changes with related members and manage the schedule until mass production starts. <Why This Position> - The position involves a lot of communication and coordination with internal and external members. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: University graduate or above ・Language Skills - Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) - English: Basic level or above ・Experience: - Industry: More than 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, apparel, textile, footwear, or related industries - Position: Experience in product development, production control, quality control, manufacturing engineering, or related positions - More than 2 years of experience working for a Japanese company, or working with Japanese companies or Japanese people - Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred: Major in textile engineering, fashion technology, apparel, or a related field Preferred: Good knowledge of footwear and apparel product development and production <応募条件> ・学歴：大学卒業以上 ・言語： 日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2相当以上） 英語：Basic level以上 ・経験: 業界：製造業、アパレル、繊維、フットウェアなどの業界で3年以上の実務経験 職種：製品開発、生産管理、品質管理、製造技術などのいずれかで業務経験があうｒ 日系企業での勤務経験、または日系企業・日本人と仕事をした経験2年以上 Microsoft Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPointの基本操作が可能な方 【歓迎スキル・経験】 ・学歴：繊維工学、ファッションテクノロジー、服飾、または関連分野を専攻された方 ・靴やアパレル製品の開発・生産に関する知識が豊富
