Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Developing fashion shoes ordered by headquarter and managing sample schedule. - Problem identification and resolution during development stage for preventing mass production issues. - Coordinating with the Japanese head office and the Vietnam factory (Japanese language). Business trip with overnight stays to the Binh Phuoc area is required every week (Monday to Friday) in 2026.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Under 35 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, fashion technology, or a related field. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) ・Experience: - At least 3 years working in a Japanese company or in a Japanese business environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English proficiency is a plus ・Experience: - Have working experience in footwear manufacturing company <Personal Skills> ・Strong communication and teamwork abilities ・Persistent in investigating causes when problems occur, committed to finding solutions ・Attention to detail with commitment to products excellence and passionate ・The ability to flexibly incorporate both internal and customer opinions to arrive at the optimal solution
