[Key Responsibilities]
・ Manage overall factory operations and formulate/implement production plans
・ Maintain and improve quality management systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards
・ Lead initiatives to streamline production processes and resolve operational issues
・ Manage the team and provide staff training and guidance
・ Manage budgets and optimize costs
・ Address customer requirements and maintain product quality
・ Oversee maintenance of production equipment and ensure safety

・ 工場全体の運営管理と生産計画の策定・実施
・ 品質管理システムの維持・改善とISO基準の順守
・ 生産工程の効率化と課題解決の主導
・ チームマネジメントとスタッフの育成・指導
・ 予算管理とコスト最適化の実施
・ 顧客要件への対応と製品品質の維持
・ 生産設備の維持管理と安全性の確保
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
・Qualification: College diploma or Bachelor's degree
・Language Skills: Japanese proficiency: Business level or higher
・Experience:
・10+ years of experience in production control or quality control within the manufacturing industry
・Factory management experience (e.g., Factory Manager, Production Control Manager, Quality Control Manager)
・Experience working in an ISO-certified factory
・Have good knowledge of ISO
・Can use PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Ability to commute independently
< Preferred Skills / Experience>
- Experience in plastic product manufacturing environments
- Knowledge regarding audit procedures/compliance
- Experience resolving issues on the production floor
【必須要件】
- 四年制大学卒業以上
- 日本語：ビジネスクラス以上
- 製造業における生産管理または品質管理の経験10年以上ある
- 工場でのマネジメント経験（工場長、生産管理責任者、品質管理責任者など）
- ISO取得工場での勤務経験がある方
- 自身で通勤ができる方
