Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: College degree or higher - Language: Japanese - Conversational Level, N3 level or above - Experience: At least 3 years of management experience (assistant manager and leader are acceptable) - Ability to independently identify problems, set goals, and solve problems - Experience using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers - Ability to collect and analyze data, create various reports - Ability to read and draw technical drawings - More than 5 years of experience working in a metal casting company, such as aluminum casting <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working in a stainless steel product manufacturing plant - Experience working in an aluminum or metal casting plant
