Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ● Understand business processes, discussing and making clear with the customer on business requirements, and translating them into system specifications. ● Work on the client's side. ● Understand the requirements and deploy them to the Offshore/ Software Development Team. ● Communicate requests and inquiries between the offshore and the client. ● Participate in the meeting with clients and support communication. ● Support understanding of the team of the provided materials. ● Change requirements management. ● Responsible for reviewing the Offshore review report, reviewing the deliverables, and taking charge of the quality and deliverables. ● Project work scope management (including variable work scope depending on the original work scope) ＜仕事内容＞ ・ビジネスプロセスを理解し、顧客と業務要件について議論・確認し、それをシステム仕様に翻訳する。 ・クライアント側での業務対応。 ・要件を把握し、オフショア／ソフトウェア開発チームへ展開する。 ・オフショアとクライアント間のリクエストや問い合わせの調整・コミュニケーションを行う。 ・クライアントとの会議に参加し、コミュニケーションをサポートする。 ・提供された資料のチーム内理解を支援する。 ・要件変更の管理を行う。 ・オフショアのレビュー報告書および成果物のレビューを担当し、品質と納品物の管理を行う。 ・プロジェクトの作業範囲管理（元の作業範囲に応じて変動する範囲も含む）。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (from N2) and English - Conversational Level (For reading documents, writing email,..) ・Experience: ● 01+ years of experience working with software development, experience working as a BrSE. ● 2+ years of hands-on system development experience, including web services or native app development. ● 2 years of experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) ● 1+ year of experience with GitHub, Backlog, Slack (or other project management or communication tools). ● Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work under pressure. <Essential Soft Skills> ● Experience in creating and reviewing requirements definitions. ● Experience in planning and executing system tests. ● Proactive communication and collaboration with clients and partners to clarify requirements. ● Experience in leading system development projects in collaboration with overseas teams. ● Ability to understand business priorities and apply appropriate engineering solutions. ● Desire to contribute to global business and organizational growth beyond engineering tasks. ● Proactive self-starter who is driven to achieve product goals. ● Dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. ● Passionate about new technologies and stays up-to-date on industry trends. ● Enjoys automating tasks. ● Project management skills ● Development experience as a developer (need technical knowledge) ● Have good skills in Teamwork, Analysis, Design, Communication, and Presentation. ● Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently. ● Proactive can-do attitude and high sense of organization and responsibility. ● Understand Japanese working cultures and styles (people who have experience of working in Japan tend to have it)
