Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Communicate and coordinate with Japanese clients, Japanese engineers, and the Vietnam development team. - Analyze, understand, and translate requirement specifications, design documents, and technical documents between Japanese and Vietnamese. - Clarify requirements and specifications with Japanese stakeholders and communicate them accurately to the development team. - Participate in requirement definition, specification discussions, and project planning during the upstream development process. - Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. - Prepare business emails, project documents, and reports in Japanese. - Coordinate project schedules, progress, and issue management between Japan and Vietnam. - Support developers by answering specification-related questions and facilitating smooth communication. - Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager. ＜仕事内容＞ - 日本側のお客様・エンジニアとベトナム開発チームとのコミュニケーション・調整 - 要件定義書、基本設計書、各種仕様書などの内容理解・翻訳・説明 - 日本側との要件確認や仕様調整を行い、開発チームへ正確に共有 - 要件定義・仕様検討など上流工程への参画 - プロジェクト会議への参加、議事録作成、アクション管理 - 日本語でのメール・各種ドキュメント・報告書の作成 - プロジェクトの進捗・課題・スケジュール管理および日本側との調整 - 開発メンバーからの仕様に関する問い合わせ対応・技術コミュニケーションのサポート - プロジェクトマネージャーから指示されたその他関連業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Language: Business-level Japanese (able to communicate with Japanese clients and engineers, and translate technical documents between Japanese and Vietnamese) ・Experience: - More than 5 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) - Experience in requirement clarification, specification coordination, and communication between Japanese and development teams - Basic technical knowledge of web application development (Java, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML) - Strong communication and coordination skills - Interest in learning new technologies such as AWS, cloud services, and AI <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Development experience using Java and PostgreSQL ・Experience leading development teams or projects ・Experience participating in upstream development processes such as requirement definition or basic design ＜必須要件＞ 言語：日本語ビジネスレベル（日本のお客様・エンジニアとの打ち合わせ・調整ができるレベル） 経験： - BrSEとして5年以上の実務経験 - 日本・ベトナム間のオフショア開発プロジェクトに携わった経験 - 要件整理や仕様調整など上流工程の経験 - Webシステム開発に関する基礎知識（Java、PostgreSQL、JavaScript、HTML） - 高いコミュニケーション能力・調整能力 ‐AWSやクラウド、AIなど新しい技術への興味・学習意欲 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・Java・PostgreSQLを用いた開発経験 ・チームリーダーまたはプロジェクトリーダーの経験 ・要件定義や基本設計など、上流工程に携わった経験
