<Job Responsibilities> ・Main Responsibilities ・Prepare, cook, and plate Japanese dishes ・Manage food ingredients, inventory, and quality ・Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene ・Manage kitchen equipment and cooking tools ・Perform other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager ・Future Career Opportunities (Depending on your skills and interests) ・Support the development of new and seasonal menus ・Improve kitchen operations and workflow ・Help reduce food waste and improve work processes ・Take on restaurant and kitchen management responsibilities in the future ＜仕事内容＞ ・主な業務 ・和食メニューの仕込み・調理・盛り付け ・食材の発注・在庫管理・品質管理 ・衛生管理および厨房内の清掃・整理整頓 ・調理器具・設備の管理 ・日本人マネージャーから指示されたその他業務 *将来的にチャレンジできる業務（希望・適性に応じて） ・新メニュー・季節メニューの企画・開発サポート ・キッチンオペレーションの改善 ・食材ロス削減や業務改善の提案・実施 ・店舗運営・キッチンマネジメント業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Not required ・Language: Not required ・Experience ・At least 3 years of experience cooking Japanese cuisine at a Japanese restaurant ・Able to prepare, cook, and plate Japanese dishes independently ・Personality ・Team player with a positive attitude ・Responsible and reliable ・Able to maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working at a Japanese restaurant ・Experience living or working in Japan ・Interest in menu development and restaurant operations ＜必須要件＞ ・学歴：不問 ・語学：不問 ・経験 ・日本食・和食レストランでの調理経験（目安3年以上） ・仕込みから調理、盛り付けまで一通り対応できる方 ・人物像 ・チームワークを大切にできる方 ・責任感を持って業務に取り組める方 ・衛生管理を徹底できる方 ＜歓迎要件＞ ・日本食レストランでの勤務経験 ・日本での勤務または居住経験がある方 ・新メニュー開発や店舗運営に興味がある方
