Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Set and establish departmental objectives on a periodic and annual basis. - Manage team members and ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, policies, RBA Code of Conduct, and applicable laws. - Ensure workplace safety and prevent occupational accidents within the assigned area. - Develop overall plans and manage IT operations. - Review and evaluate departmental performance, progress, annual priorities, and mid-term plans. - Lead company-wide meetings related to Information Processing and IT. - Manage and monitor business systems and their operations. - Manage and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure and business servers. - Manage IT projects aimed at improving and developing business systems. - Develop and manage plans to maintain and enhance information security within the factory. - Coordinate internal and external ISMS audits. - Collaborate with relevant departments and Group functions to resolve IT-related issues. - Develop and manage the department's manpower and budget plans in line with business objectives. - Provide training and support to develop team members' capabilities. - Manage and train service providers/vendors. - Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as requested by management and relevant stakeholders. - Perform other duties as assigned by management and relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields - Language Skill: English and Japanese - Conversational Level (TOEIC 700 /JLPT N3 or equivalent level) - At least 8 years of experience in the IT field and at least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing company <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience operating, administering, and improving ERP systems in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge and experience in system development, databases, system integration, RPA, Power Platform, or digital transformation solutions - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management including Network, Server, ADirectory, Virtualization, Backup, and DR - Experience building, operating, and managing information security according to ISO 27001/ISMS standards - Ability to manage IT projects, manage vendors (Vendor), and coordinate system implementation projects - Knowledge or certifications related to: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor; CISSP, CISM, Security+; PMP, Prince2 or other project management certificates; CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE - Experience building IT strategy, IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX), and digital transformation roadmap - Experience implementing AI solutions, Power BI, Power Apps, RPA, or Smart Factory
