Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage interior construction projects for Japanese clients, including offices, stores, factories, and other facilities. ・Meet with clients to confirm construction details, specifications, schedules, and other requirements. ・Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and proposals based on project requirements. ・Conduct site checks before construction and confirm construction plans and schedules. ・Monitor construction progress and manage schedules to ensure projects are completed on time. ・Manage project budgets and costs, and adjust construction methods and materials when necessary. ・Meet with and coordinate subcontractors and construction contractors, including giving instructions and checking work progress. ・Handle issues and changes during construction by coordinating with clients and contractors. ・Apply for necessary construction permits and submit related documents to government authorities. ・Check construction quality through completion and support the handover of completed projects to clients. <Job Responsibilities> ・日系顧客向けのオフィス・店舗・工場等の内装工事プロジェクトの管理 ・顧客との打ち合わせを行い、工事内容・仕様・スケジュール等を確認 ・工事内容をもとに、コストの見積もりおよび見積書・提案書を作成 ・工事開始前の現場確認および施工計画・スケジュールの確認 ・工事の進捗状況を確認し、納期に合わせてスケジュールを管理 ・予算・コストを管理し、必要に応じて施工方法や資材等を調整 ・下請け業者・施工業者との打ち合わせ、作業内容の指示および進捗確認 ・工事中に発生する問題や変更事項について、顧客・施工業者と調整しながら対応 ・必要な建設許可・関連書類の申請および行政機関への提出対応 ・工事完了までの品質確認および顧客への引き渡し対応
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience ・Education: College Diploma ・Language: - English: Intermediate Level OR - Japanese: Intermediate Level ・Experience: - More than 2 years of experience in interior construction management. - Ability to understand MEP drawings. - Ability to work night shifts (22:00–6:00) when required. <Preferred Skill / Experience> ・Experience: - Experience in restaurant, commercial facility, or office interior projects at Japanese companies or on Japanese-related projects. <Necessary Skills / Experience> ・学歴：College Diploma（短大・専門学校卒程度） ・言語： 英語：中級レベル OR 日本語：中級レベル ・経験： 内装工事の施工管理経験2年以上 MEP図面を理解できる方 <Preferred Skill / Experience> ・経験：日系企業または日系案件における、レストラン・商業施設・オフィスなどの内装工事プロジェクトの経験
