<Job Responsibilities>
Perform customs clearance work as follows:
- Customs clearance for fabrics, raw materials, and equipment used for sample sewing.
- Coordinate with relevant parties (sender/sample department) to import goods in time for sample sewing progress.
- Handle related work arising during import and export process and promptly report to relevant departments.
- Open export declaration of goods from Vietnam to other countries as required
- Carry out other accounting and procurement duties, and perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement

- Education Background: University or higher
- Language Skil: English or Japanese – Business Level
- Experience:
+ Have direct experience in customs clearance registration. (THKVN =Sales company)
+ Have experience working directly with customs (Face 2 face).
- Skill: Have skills in excel/work/email
- Requires a high sense of responsibility for work and the ability to respond quickly.
