Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Take charge of environmental management, fire prevention and fighting (PCCC), occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ) and manage the company's HSE system and Compliance management - Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of HSE processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations - Conduct risk assessments, perform periodic inspections and propose measures to prevent occupational accidents, chemical incidents and environmental incidents - Investigate occupational accidents, environmental incidents, PCCC incidents... analyze causes and propose corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence - Organize training on occupational safety and health, labor regulations, 5S, environment, fire prevention and fighting and emergency response, raising employee safety awareness - Manage environmental issues (waste, emissions, waste water, chemicals) and perform regulatory reporting - Work with authorities, prepare documents related to HSE - Build, manage and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management systems - Manage infrastructure, contractors, collective canteens and perform some administrative, recruitment, and training tasks - Serve as ISO committee secretary - Perform other administrative and human resources tasks as directed by superiors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor's degree or engineer qualification in one of the following majors: Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Resource Management, Labor Safety and Health - At least 2 years of experience <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in building procedures, forms, and records for ISO9001, ISO14001, 45001 systems - Basic understanding of environmental protection law, fire prevention and fighting law... is an advantage - Understanding of toxicity and hazards of chemicals is an advantage
