Job Description
<Expectation> - A leading Japanese seed company. Sells high-quality, diverse (vegetables, flowers, fruit, etc.), and easy-to-grow seeds. Seed factory in Mai Chau. Branches in Hanoi, Da Lat, and HCM. Customers include Vietnamese farmers and distributors. The sales position is responsible for explaining product value, providing practical cultivation supports, and identifying customers' needs through field-based communication. <Job Responsibilities> - Belong to the Agricultural Division (Seed Business) and take charge of field activities related to vegetables and flowers. - Regularly visit farmers and landscapers to directly collect feedback on cultivation challenges and requirements. - Provide on-site guidance on the cultivation methods and characteristics of the company’s vegetable and flower varieties, supporting their proper adoption. - Conduct trial cultivation and demonstrations of new varieties in the field, and gather feedback from farmers and landscapers on their performance and results. - Share market trends and cultivation needs obtained from the field with internal teams, contributing to variety improvement and product development. <Point> - This is a highly rewarding role that contributes directly to supporting people’s diets and food security. - Seeds for vegetables and flowers are products with stable demand, unaffected by economic downturns, ensuring a steady business environment. - With increasing demand for high-quality seeds that are easy to grow and resistant to diseases, our business is rapidly expanding. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: EN - Conversation (internal use) ・Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a sales position or agricultural industry - Professional in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Willing to visit customer and go on short business trips (2-3 days) all over Vietnam & overseas. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor related to agriculture - Working experience in agriculture field
