<Job Responsibilities> 1. Business outputs • Participate in building and implementing the Company’s Transformation Strategy, Digital Projects, and Initiatives • Set up, continuously maintain & enhance the facility for selling Insurance Products via digital channels • Work closely with other related divisions to create, implement & maintain digital sales & service processes • Create digital solutions that are targeted at the company's existing customers, prospects, as well as new customer segmentations • Continually offer new, fresh, and innovative ideas and solutions to maximize digital business resources 2. Management: • Support the management of Digital Business Development operation • Support to set up, update & implement the division guideline, processes • Train, coach, and develop junior employees to build up a strong team • Closely monitor related parties, functions to make sure all Digital activities are aligned with the timeline • Track completion and ensure quality of project deliverables 3. Others • Timely complete the reports as required by the line manager • Other project management works as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirement
<Essential requirements>: - Education: University degree in Computer Science or relevant fields; a Master's degree is preferred. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in developing digital systems and integration with other systems via API connection (Restful, SOAP) - Skill/Knowledge: • Programming languages: o NodeJS/Javascript o PHP o C# • Programming frameworks: o ExpressJS, React or equivalent o Laravel or equivalent o .NET Framework/.NET Core • Good knowledge of design patterns and tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality of the work. <Preferred Qualifications> - Experience in developing e-commerce systems is a plus - Good business mindset is a plus - Developer certification is a plus
