Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Use Rebro or Revit software. ・Create 3D MEPF models based on 2D design drawings provided by clients. ・Generate 2D drawings from 3D MEPF models. ・Coordinate (combine) MEPF models and adjust layouts to ensure proper integration. ・Perform clash detection, resolve clashes, and prepare clash reports for clients. *You may be required to work or train in Japan (depending on your experience and preferences).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above ・Foreign Language: Japanese conversational (internal communication, N3 level) ・Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in designing or construction drawings, or as a construction engineer in the MEP field. ・Can use design software (AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software is acceptable). ・Otherː - Like Japan and am eager to work for a Japanese company. - Willing to work for long term <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Revit or Rebro experience ・Working experience in Japan
